lyrics

The shortest of men with malice and spite
Builds his masterpiece working only at night

Awake thy child, Creation of hate
Fanfare in the town square, the most suitable bait

Holding the whole world’s attention
Caught by the marvelous glow
Revealing his true intentions
The father makes it known

The man with his bullhorn shouts the orders to maul
On the shoulder of a giant, standing fifty feet tall

Fingers like bear traps play piano on the land
Devouring the ones the maker cannot stand

Shaking the land with each step
Pounding the earth 'til it quakes
Herding the flock in the field
Squeezing the life out of all

Fire engulfing every spot left to stand as his sinister laughter floats through the air. There's no place to hide from the blaze of his eyes but if you run out of sight you just might survive.

How does it feel when the monster consumes you?
What is revealed when their children exhume you?

Beware the babes you trample down
For vengeance is bitter sweet
Your tongues have had their fun
Now your lives will end in defeat
